At Venlian, we are committed to providing transparent, reliable shipping services for our personalized bespoke dresses. This policy outlines detailed information about processing times, shipping methods, fees, destinations, and common shipping-related questions to help you understand the entire delivery process.
1. Shipping Origin
All Venlian dresses are made-to-order and produced and shipped from China.
Production begins only after your order and payment are confirmed.
2. Processing & Production Time
Because our dresses are custom-made or made-to-order, production time is required before shipment:
Standard production time: 7–15 business days
Complex designs or peak seasons: up to 20 business days
Production time may vary depending on dress style, fabric availability, and order volume.
3. Shipping Time (After Production)
Once production is completed and the order is shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
United States / Canada / UK / Australia / New Zealand:
Standard shipping method will need 7-12 business days
Expedited shipping method will need 5-7 business days.
Other international destinations:
Standard shipping method will need 12-20 business days
Expedited shipping method will need 10-15 business days.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, or local regulations.
4. Total Estimated Delivery Time
The total delivery time consists of:
Production Time + Shipping Time
For example:
Production: 7–15 business days
Shipping (USA): 7–12 business days
Estimated total delivery: 14–27 business days

Restricted Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. Deliveries to these addresses are unstable and may result in delays or lost packages, so please provide a physical residential or commercial address when placing your order.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, shipping method, and package weight. The specific fees are as follows:

4. Customs Duties & Taxes
Customs Duties: Since our products are shipped internationally, customs duties may be incurred depending on the destination country’s regulations. These duties are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office in advance to understand the applicable tax policies and potential fees.
Sales Tax: The product prices displayed on our website do not include sales tax (where applicable). Sales tax will be calculated and added during checkout in accordance with the destination country’s tax laws.
5. Tracking Your Order
After your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and a tracking link. You can use this information to check the real-time status of your package.
It may take 3–7 business days for the tracking information to be updated after shipment (due to carrier processing or transit). Please be patient and check again later if no updates are available immediately.
For some shipping methods, you may need to obtain a destination-specific tracking number. If the initial tracking number is invalid, please use the link in the confirmation email to retrieve the updated tracking number, or contact our customer service for assistance.
6. Common Shipping Issues & Solutions
Q1: Why is my tracking number invalid?
Reason 1: The package is in transit, and the carrier has not updated the information yet. Please wait 3–7 business days for the next sorting facility to scan and update the status.
Reason 2: Some shipping methods require a destination-specific tracking number. Please retrieve it via the link in the shipping confirmation email. If the issue persists, contact our customer service.
Q2: Tracking shows "delivered" but I haven’t received the package?
Check your mailbox, front door, or with neighbors (they may have signed for it on your behalf).
Contact your local post office or the shipping carrier with the tracking number to confirm delivery details.
For international deliveries, some post offices require in-person collection. If you still cannot find the package, contact our customer service to submit a claim.
Q3: Why hasn’t the package status updated for several days?
For unshipped orders: No updates will be available until production and quality inspection are completed.
For shipped orders: If the package is in transit or clearing customs, updates may be delayed by 3–7 business days until it reaches the next shipping station.
The carrier may have not updated the information yet. We recommend waiting a few more days or contacting the carrier directly.
Q4: Is the shipping fee too high?
Our shipping fees are determined based on package weight, shipping method, and destination, and we cooperate with reputable carriers to ensure service quality.
