This Shipping Policy outlines the procedures, timeframes, and costs associated with the delivery of Venlian bespoke dresses. As our garments are made-to-order, this document ensures transparency regarding production and transit times to the United States.

1. Shipping Origin
All Venlian dresses are made-to-order and produced and shipped from China.
Production begins only after your order and payment are confirmed.

1.1. Processing & Production Time
Our dresses are made-to-order, Processing time is required before shipment.
Standard Processing time: 7–15 business days for processing.
(depending on the complexity of the design and customization requirements.)
Please note: Production begins the next business day after order confirmation.

1.2. Shipping Time (After Production)
Once production is completed and the order is shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
United States :
Standard shipping method will need 7-12 business days

1.3. Total Estimated Delivery Time
The total delivery time consists of:
Processing Time + Shipping Time= Total delivery time
For example: 
Processing Time: 7–15 business days + Standard shipping Time (USA): 7–12 business days
=Estimated total delivery time: 14–27 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier operations, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

Note: Please note that orders are not dispatched over weekends, and delivery times exclude weekends, holidays, or order handling times.

2. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
Shipping Destinations:
United States (Contiguous U.S. only).

Note: We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

3. Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping:
We charge a flat rate of $18.88 for standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States.

Transparency Disclosure:

Checkout Transparency: The $18.88 shipping fee is clearly displayed during the checkout process before payment is finalized.

Non-Refundable: Please note that this shipping fee is non-refundable for all non-quality related returns (e.g., change of mind, style preference, or incorrect self-measurement).

International Logistics: This fee covers a portion of the high-speed international courier services used to deliver your handcrafted garment from our studio in Suzhou directly to your doorstep.

4. Customs Duties & Taxes (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid)

Tax-Inclusive Pricing
All product prices displayed on our website already include applicable sales taxes and import duties.

Total Cost at Checkout
Your total payment at checkout will include:
• Product Price
• Shipping Fee ($18.88)

There will be no additional customs duties, import taxes, or hidden fees charged at delivery.

Worry-Free Delivery
Our dresses are handcrafted in our Suzhou studio and shipped internationally using the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method. This means we handle customs clearance and prepay all applicable duties and taxes before delivery.

No Additional Charges
You will not be required to pay any additional fees to the courier or customs office when receiving your package.

5. Transportation Methods
We use international courier services such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, or equivalent carriers depending on destination and availability.

6. Tracking Your Order

Notification: Once your handcrafted dress is completed and dispatched from our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a direct tracking link.

Activation Time: Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system after the initial scan.

7. Common Shipping Issues & Solutions
Q1: Why is my tracking number invalid?
The package is in transit, and the carrier has not updated the information yet. Please wait 1–3 business days for the next sorting facility to scan and update the status.
Q2: Tracking shows "delivered" but I haven’t received the package?
Check your mailbox, front door, or with neighbors (they may have signed for it on your behalf).
Contact your local post office or the shipping carrier with the tracking number to confirm delivery details.
For international deliveries, some post offices require in-person collection. If you still cannot find the package, contact our customer service to submit a claim.
Q3: Why hasn’t the package status updated for several days?
For unshipped orders: No updates will be available until production and quality inspection are completed.
For shipped orders: If the package is in transit or clearing customs, updates may be delayed by 1–3 business days until it reaches the next shipping station.
The carrier may have not updated the information yet. We recommend waiting a few more days or contacting the carrier directly.
