Our production and fulfillment operations are based in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China, where our team manages pattern development, fabric sourcing, dressmaking, quality inspection, and international shipping.

Our Business Model
All Venlian dresses are made-to-order.
We do not operate physical retail stores. Orders are placed online and shipped directly from our production studio in China to customers worldwide.
Each order is produced after payment confirmation. Standard tailoring time is 7–15 business days, depending on design complexity.
Custom size dresses are made based on the measurements submitted by the customer at checkout.

Hand-Cutting Process: Our tailors manually cut fabrics according to each customer's specific measurements for all made-to-order dresses.
Materials & Production
We source fabrics from established textile suppliers in China.
Each dress is cut, assembled, and finished in our Suzhou workshop.
Before shipment, all dresses undergo internal quality inspection to check stitching, structure, embellishments, and sizing consistency.
Production Workshop: Every Venlian dress is handcrafted in our studio. The production process typically takes 7–15 business days to ensure quality.
Photography & Product Presentation
Product photos are taken by professional photographers in real-life outdoor and studio settings.
Due to lighting conditions and screen differences, slight color variations may occur.
For customers who require fabric confirmation, we provide fabric swatch samples upon request.
Shipping & International Orders
All products are shipped from China.
Delivery timelines vary depending on destination country and selected shipping method. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
