About Venlian

Venlian was established in 2017 in Suzhou, China. Since its founding, we have focused on made-to-order evening dresses and prom gowns.

In 2018, the Venlian trademark was officially registered as part of our brand development.

Production & Operations

After several years of development, we launched our official website to serve customers internationally.

All Venlian dresses are produced in our Suzhou studio. Our team manages pattern development, fabric sourcing, tailoring, quality inspection, and international shipping from China.

Our Business Model

All Venlian dresses are made-to-order.

We do not operate physical retail stores. Orders are placed online and shipped directly from our production studio in China to customers worldwide.

Each order is produced after payment confirmation. Standard tailoring time is 7–15 business days, depending on design complexity.

Custom size dresses are made based on the measurements submitted by the customer at checkout.

Hand-Cutting Process: Our tailors manually cut fabrics according to each customer's specific measurements for all made-to-order dresses.

Materials & Production

We source fabrics from established textile suppliers in China.

A variety of jacquard satin fabrics are available.

Each dress is cut, assembled, and finished in our Suzhou workshop.

Before shipment, all dresses undergo internal quality inspection to check stitching, structure, embellishments, and sizing consistency.

Production Workshop: Every Venlian dress is handcrafted in our studio. The production process typically takes 7–15 business days to ensure quality.

Photography & Product Presentation

Product photos are taken by professional photographers in real-life outdoor and studio settings.

Due to lighting conditions and screen differences, slight color variations may occur.

For customers who require fabric confirmation, we provide fabric swatch samples upon request.

Behind the scenes: We ensure that product photography accurately reflects the design, fabric texture, and structure of each dress.

Shipping & International Orders

All products are shipped from China.

Delivery timelines vary depending on destination country and selected shipping method. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

All orders are shipped via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means the shipping fee covers all import duties and taxes, ensuring no hidden charges for our customers upon delivery.
