Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and top priority. We aim to create a satisfying and enjoyable shopping experience for you. Before placing an order, we strongly recommend referring to our size chart and measurement guide to select the correct size or color, saving time on returns and exchanges. All our dresses conform to the size chart. If standard sizes are not suitable, you can also opt for our custom size service.
Return Process:
We accept returns within 3 days after delivery. Please contact us via email at venliandress@gmail.com or reach out to the Venlian Customer Service team.
Upon receiving the item, please check it thoroughly and try it on promptly. Do not remove tags, alter, or wash the garment. We have a 3-day requirement, providing ample time to ensure the item is well-crafted and fits you perfectly.
Attach your order number, explain the reason for return, and include photos or videos.
Once your return request is approved by customer service, please promptly send the item back to us. Also, send the shipping information to us via email:
a) Photos of the package you are returning;
b) Tracking number;
PS: All returned items must be brand new, unused, with original tags and packaging, and free from any perfume. Otherwise, we cannot process a refund.

Once our factory receives your return, we will process it immediately.
PS: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not accept any returns for used or damaged products.
Additionally, we do not attempt returns for situations where customers buy multiple items, try them on, and return all but one. You may return the remaining items.
